Cardiac Cath Report

1) LMCA:  Diffuse 60%, mid to distal LMCA is hazy, questionable dissection.

2) LAD:  Mid 95% stenosis, moderate diffuse disease beyond.  1st Diagnonal is small, 2nd Diagonal with 50% mid stenosis.

3) LCX:  High OMB1 is patent, mid LCX with a 90% stenosis just before a distal trifurcation into OMB2,3,4, with decreased flow.

4) RCA: Proximal 60%, mid 60%, 80% distal vefore bifurcation, 80% ostial PDA, right PLA with mild diffuse disease.


Plan: Given multi-vessel disease, consulted to Cardiothoracic Surgery for CABG
