LM- Normal caliber, two stents present (one to LCx, one to LAD), patent

LAD- Normal caliber, transapical, stent extending from LM to LAD is patent, mid 30-40% stenosis, distal patent. D1 medium, patent

LCx- Normal caliber, stent extending from LM to proximal LCX is patent, just distal to the stent there is 40% stenosis, mid 60-70% stenosis. OM 1 patent

RCA- Normal caliber, dominant, somewhat superior origin, mild diffuse disease. PDA mild disease. PLV patent


Attempted stent placement to mid LCX unsuccessful, but good flow post-procedure
