LMCA: Normal caliber vessel that is angiographically normal.

LAD: Large-sized, transapical, tortuous vessel with 50% mid-segment stenosis followed by MLI.

LCX: Large-sized, nondominant, tortuous vessel with 30-40% proximally at the bend. The LCx gives a large-sized, patent OM1 vessel.

RCA: Large-sized, dominant vessel with diffuse heavy calcification, 90% proximal stenosis followed by long tubular lesion with moderate diffuse disease.
