Cardiac Cath Report

LMCA: Large-sized, calcified vessel with distal 30% stenosis.

LAD: Large-sized, calcified, transapical vessel with 40% mid segment stenosis. The LAD gives off large-sized,patent D1-D3 vessels.

LCX: Medium-sized, nondominant vessel with MLI. The LCx gives off a small-sized, patent OM1 and a normal-caliber, patent OM2. The LCx is very small as it travels through the AV groove.

RCA: Large-sized, calcified, dominant vessel with mid 40% stenosis. The PDA and PLA are patent.

Non-obstructive coronary artery disease, no stents placed.
