Cardiac Cath Report

LMCA: Very short, normal caliber vessel that is angiographically normal.

LAD: Large-sized, non-transapical vessel with mild luminal irregularities. D1 is medium sized with ostial 50% stenosis. D2 is medium sized with mild luminal irregularities.

LCX: Normal-sized, nondominant vessel with mild luminal irregularities. OM1 is small sized with mild luminal irregularities. OM2 is large sized bifurcating vessel with mild luminal irregularities. OM3 is small sized origin near OM2 origin with mild irregularities.

RCA: Large-sized, dominant vessel with proximal 100% occlusion.
