LMCA: Short and patent.

LAD: Large-sized, transapical vessel with MLI. The LAD gives off a large-sized, patent D1 vessel.

LCX: Large-sized, nondominant vessel that gives off a large-sized OM1 vessel with 60-70% stenosis prior to the bifurcation. The inferior branch of the OM1 has 50-60% diffuse disease, superior branch is patent. The LCx is small through the av groove

RCA: Large-sized, dominant vessel occluded at mid-segment.
