LMCA: Normal caliber vessel that is angiographically normal.

LAD: Large-sized, transapical vessel with mid segment myocardial bridging. The LAD gives off small-sized, patent D1 and D2 vessels. Small septal branches.

LCX: Large-sized, nondominant vessel with MLI.

RCA: Large-sized, dominant vessel with MLI
