Cardiac Cath report

LMCA: Short normal caliber vessel that is angiographically normal.

LAD: Large-sized, transapical vessel that is angiographically normal. D1 is medium sized and is angiographically normal.

LCX: Normal-sized, nondominant vessel with mild luminal irregularities. There is a very high take off of OM1 which is a large bifurcating vessel that has mild luminal irregularities.

RCA: Medium-sized, dominant vessel with proximal 100% occlusion. No collaterals were noted filling distally.
