Cardiac Cath Report

LMCA: Large and angiographically normal.

LAD: Large-sized, transapical vessel with mid segment occlusion.

LCX: Large-sized, nondominant vessel with MLI. The Lcx gives off a large OMB that is patent and the LCx is very small as it travels through the AV groove. A recurrent atrial branch is patent.

RCA: Large-sized, dominant vessel with MLI. The PDA and PLA are patent.

Stent placed to mid LAD
