Cardiac Cath Report

LMCA: Normal caliber vessel with distal 30% stenosis.
LAD: Medium-sized vessel that tapers at the apex with mid segment 80% stenosis. The LAD gives off a small-sized D1 vessel with 80% proximal stenosis, medium-sized/bifurcating D2 with superior branch 90% stenosis. Left-to-right collaterals are present.
LCX: Medium-sized, nondominant vessel that gives off a very small-sized OM1 and a medium-sized, bifurcating OM2 vessel with 40% stenosis.
RCA: Large-sized, dominant vessel with severe proximal to mid disease and up to 99% stenosis at mid-segment. The PDA and PLA bifurcation is severely diseased.

3 vessel CAD. Successful stent placement to LAD
