Cardiac Cath Report

LMCA: Normal caliber vessel that is angiographically normal.

LAD: Large-sized, transapical vessel occluded at mid segment.

Ramus Intermedius: Large-sized vessel with long 30-40% stenosis.

LCX: Large-sized, nondominant vessel that gives off a large-sized, OM1 with 60-70% stenosis. The LCx is angiographically normal as it travels through the AV groove.

RCA: Large-sized, dominant vessel with moderate diffuse disease followed by distal 70% stenosis. The PDA has a long 75% stenotic lesion. PLA is patent.
