LMCA: Normal caliber vessel that is angiographically normal.
LAD: Large-sized, heavily calcified, transapical vessel with mid 70% stenosis. The LAD gives off a medium-sized, patent D1 vessel.
Ramus Intermedius: Medium-sized, patent vessel.
LCX: Large-sized, co-dominant vessel that gives off a large-sized OM1 branch with mid 99% stenosis prior to a patent bifurcation. The LCx is large and patent as it travels through the AV groove.
RCA: Small-sized, co-dominant vessel that is patent.
