Emergency Department ECG
LMCA: Normal caliber vessel that is angiographically normal.
LAD: Large-sized, transapical vessel with mid 99% stenosis. Distal vessle has mild lumina irregularities and 40% stenosis in apical portion. D1 is medium sized with mild luminal irregularities.
LCX: Medium-sized, nondominant vessel with mid diffuse 50% stenosis just after OM1. OM1 and OM2 are small sized with mild irregularities.
RAMUS: Medium sized with mild luminal irregularities. There is a small sized antrior branch of the ramus which has a 50% ostial stenosis.
RCA: Medium-sized, dominant vessel with mid 90% stenosis and distal mild luminal irregularities. R-PDA and R-PL are small to medium sized with mild luminal irregularities.
