LMCA: Short and angiographically normal.

LAD: Large-sized, calcified, transapical vessel with proximal 60-70% stenosis followed by mid 50-60% stenosis and distal 90% stenosis at the apex.

LCX: Large-sized, calcified, nondominant vessel occluded at mid segment (OM branch).

RCA: Large-sized, dominant vessel with proximal 90% stenosis followed by tortuous segment and then 95% stenosis at distal mid segment.
