Cardiac Cath Report
LMCA: Short and angiographically normal.
LAD: Large-sized, transapical vessel with mid 70% stenosis followed by moderate diffuse disease. The LAD gives off medium-sized, patent D1-D3 vessels.
Ramus Intermedius: Small-sized, patent vessel.
LCX: Large-sized, nondominant vessel with MLI. The LCx gives off a large-sized, patent OM1. The LCx is small as it travels through the AV groove.
RCA: Large-sized, dominant vessel with proximal 90% stenosis followed by total occlusion distally with thrombus.
Severe 90% stenosis of proximal RCA followed by total occlusion distally with thrombus.
Severe 70% stenosis of mid LAD, plan for staged stent placement in a few days
