Cardiac Cath Report

LMCA: Normal caliber vessel with large sized stent that runs the length of the vessel and appears distorted distally.

LAD: Large-sized, transapical vessel with 60-70% thrombosis seen in very distal portion (transapical portion).

LCX: Normal-sized, dominant vessel with ostial and proximal 99% large thrombosis just after the left main stent

RCA: Small to medium-sized, non-dominant vessel with mild luminal irregularities.

Likely acute in-stent thrombosis of left main stent with distal embolization into LCX (99%) and apical
Successful stent placement to LCx, plan for repeat cath
