Cardiac Cath Report

LMCA: Normal caliber vessel that is angiographically normal.

LAD: Large-sized, transapical vessel with proximal to mid 100% occlusion and thrombosis at D1. D1 is medium sized with ostial 80% thrombosis.

LCX: Normal-sized, nondominant vessel with mild luminal irregularities. OM1 is medium sized bifurcating vessel with high take off and mild luminal irregularities. OM2 is medium sized and angiographically normal.

RCA: Large-sized, dominant vessel with ostial/proximal 50% stenosis.
