Cardiac Cath Report

The LAD has diffuse moderate disease with a long 70-80%

Left Circumflex Artery: is a moderate sized artery arises from the LM and wraps around
the AV groove, gives rise to a large OM1 system. the LCx has moderate diffuse disease
with proximal 80-90% stenosis.

Right Coronary Artery: The RCA was the culprit lesion with 100% mid occlusion..

Plan: Stent placed to RCA, plan for CABG due to multi-vessel disease
