LM: Normal caliber, Patent free of disease
LAD: Normal caliber, wraps around the apex, gives a small D1 and a medium sized D2. The
LAD has 55% mid stenosis. D2 has 70% proximal stenosis
LCx: Normal caliber, com-dominant, gives small high OM1 then distal small OM2 then gives
PLV branches. The LCx system has luminal irregularities
RCA: Co-dominant, Culprit lesion with 100% occlusion at the proximal-mid junction.
